Up to 5 Years of Limited Warranty
Yuvika provides a limited warranty on all your diamond jewelry purchased from Yuvika for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, as per the schedule below. This limited warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or misuse (See WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS below).
Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. This includes paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or misuse.
Please reach out to our customer service department by email with detailed description of the problem and pictures of the damage to the Jewelry to have warranty repairs done. Please ship the jewelry or bring it in person to our office (or Yuvika event) only after our verification of the damage and approval of the repair. You only pay for the shipping charges if mailing. Please carefully pack your jewelry item(s) by wrapping each piece securely, and placing all items in a box, and send it to us via Fedex, UPS or Postal Service registered and insured mail with a copy of your receipt.

Diamond Jewelry containing faceted diamonds, under 3 carats of total diamond weight. One year from the date of purchase.
Classic Line Diamond Jewelry containing faceted diamonds. 90 Days from the date of purchase.
JEWELRY NOT COVERED BY YUVIKA LIMITED WARRANTY22k Plain or studded gold Jewelry that does not contain diamonds.
Diamond Jewelry which contains uncut or flat diamonds, also referred to as polki or kundan or other related jewelry.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONSYuvika Warranty does NOT cover the following items:
Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or misuse (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Yuvika is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and/or misused, the warranty becomes void.)
If another jeweler performs any repair work or modifications on an item purchased from Yuvika, the warranty becomes null and void and Yuvika will not be held responsible for any loss or defect.
The loss of a center stone, such as a diamond is not covered under the Yuvika warranty. Center stone loss may be covered under your Home Owners Insurance policy. Please note that a separate insurance rider may be required to fully cover all of your fine jewelry pieces. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your insurance policy limits and requirements. There are several insurance companies that specialize in protecting your jewelry assets. Yuvika recommends Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company.
