Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - changing or canceling the order
  • - using your previous purchase history to become eligible for Reward Points and discounts
Which shipping providers do you use?

FEDEX is our preferred shipper as we get the best pricing and Insurance protection.From time to time we use other shippers like UPS and USPS

How long it will take to receive my purchased jewelry?

This depend on the type of shipping service you have selected. Below are a few pointers regarding our shipping policy.

  • - Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment.
  • - Orders are shipped only on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur. We try to avoid letting the jewelry stay with the shipper any longer than necessary.
  • - Saturday Delivery is possible, but must be requested in advance
  • - We do not ship to post boxes. Customer should be able to receive shipment in person, As all shipments are sent with "Direct Signature Required".
  • - If for any reason we cannot ship with in 24 hours we will reachout to you and let you know the apprximate time required to ship order.
Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Do you accept orders from all 50 US states?

Yes, we accept orders from all 50 states and ship to all 50 states.
